Jan 13, 2012 · DD-WRT router has LAN IP of 192.168.2.1, and DHCP for the 192.168.2.x (100-150) subnet. Then in the DD-WRT router, I have my UPnP and static port forwards. Only, I cannot seem to figure out what that setting is supposed to be. Edit: Just tried leaving it blank, that doesn't work either.-----Oh, and second question: I enabled the PPTP VPN server
I'm running DD-WRT firmware on my router, version DD-WRT v24-sp2 (12/12/11) std. I'm trying to port forward http traffic on port 80 to my PC's local IP, 192.168.2.97 , and although I can browse my hosted site on my LAN, when I try from a remote IP offsite I get " The Connection has timed out ". Nov 03, 2019 · ISP Router > Main Router running DD-WRT v3.0 > LAN & a Webserver on port 81. All devices/computers have a static local IP. The VPN is working great on a Dedicated IP. All traffic is going through the VPN as intended. I have zero interest in bypassing the VPN. The problem is that I'm unable to connect to the webserver via the dedicated IP. I have DD-WRT installed and working. My only problem is that I have a webserver behind it. When I go to the my url it brings up the DD-WRT instead of the website. I would still like to access the GUI, just on a different port. Again, if "the application" is not running, then all the port forwarding in the world won't help. > There is a million post about port forwarding being broken by girmware > upgrades. Then I'd bet that there are at least tens of millions of posts from people who don't understand port forwarding, and whose firmware was just fine.

Using wrt54gv2 with svn11296 build (dd-wrt.v24-11296_NEWD_std.bin). I have had SSH (22), HTTP (80) and HTTPS (443) forwarded to my linux box for some time, no problems.
Oct 27, 2007 · In my router, running the DD-WRT firmware, I port-forwarded port 4000 and ports 6112-6119 so I could play Diablo 2 over TCP/IP. However, this site , as well as others, say my ports are closed! Try step by step to debug the problem. I would first start the ssh service on the dd-wrt modem and find out if I can connect on it. If you can't that means the ISP is blocking the 22 tcp port. To confirm that try to run the service on a different port. Then if even that doesn't work call the ISP to unblock the port.
Jun 07, 2016 · How to get Port Forwarding working on DD-WRT. After upgrading my Asus RT-AC66U I noticed that for some reason port forwarding was not working. Apparently this is a known “bug” and is easily remedied by logging into the DD-WRT admin panel and navigating to: Administration > Commands then typing: iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -j MASQUERADE
